Public bug reported:

No LSB modules are available.
Description:    Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
Release:        24.04

In Ubuntu 24.04.1, when the computer is AD joined via SSSD, the logged-
in user (who is not an admin and not in sudoers) can not change his/her
password via Settings -> Users.

The password is grayed out and can not be changed.
The password remains grayed out even when "Unlocking" the user settings (with a
local admin).
