1) `lsb_release -rd` output:

3) Invoke `unoconv --version` at a shell prompt, and I expect to see
some version information. Likewise with `unoconv --help` and some help
on the utility.
4) Instead I get this output:

from distutils.version import LooseVersion
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'distutils'
