I've verified that:
+ the new version of zgetdump supports Secure Execution guest dump decryption 
and that it works
+ the manpage and help of zgetdump has been updated
+ zgetdump regression tests have passed
+ pvattest regression tests have passed

Components used (from jammy-proposed):
$ apt info s390-tools
Package: s390-tools
Version: 2.20.0-0ubuntu3.5
...
$ zgetdump --version
zgetdump: Tool for copying and converting dumps version 2.20.0-build-20241018
