+1 on this. After booting 6.8.0-47 some of the hardware was dead(wifi,
bluetooth, ethernet dongles in general) to the point that was not even
showing on boot logs( sudo dmesg |grep -i wifi or sudo dmesg | grep
iwlwifi)

My hardware:

- Laptop: Dell XPS 15 9530 2023
- Wifi: 00:14.3 Network controller: Intel Corporation Raptor Lake PCH CNVi
WiFi (rev 01)
- Bluetooth: Bus 001 Device 006: ID 8087:0033 Intel Corp. AX211 Bluetooth
- Ethernet: Multiple. While this laptop does not have a ethernet jack, Startech
Thunderbolt 4 Dock and ThinkVision P27h-20 Monitor with Docking provided
ethernet were not visible. Example: Bus 001 Device 007: ID 0bda:8153 Realtek
Semiconductor Corp. RTL8153 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

Currently running 6.8.0-45-generic
