[Impact]
Navi24 (specific customer SKU of RX6300) had problems with lighting up display
on 6.8 kernel.
[Fix]
Mario@AMD looked at issue and it is caused by this commit in 6.8-rc1:

It has been fixed by this commit in 6.9-rc1:
