This regressed again on Jammy with the 6.5/6.8 HWE kernels. Ghadi, since
you worked on the patch for Jammy, I've assigned the series to you.
Given this is something quite unique to Ubuntu that comes from running
"old" zfsutils against a "new" ZFS kmod, it's likely going to end up as
a COMPAT patch again. The latest arc_summary script upstream does seem
to address this properly, removing the hardcoded file list and instead
relying on the sysfs exports directly. I'll work on adding regression
tests for this into our ZFS packages, as it's bound to happen again in
the future in case something changes with the ZFS stats exported through
sysfs, or with the arc_summary scripts upstream.
