Public bug reported:

I'm trying to upgrade Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04.

The `do-release-upgrade` tool displays me that Ubuntu 24.04 LTS 'Noble Numbat'
is available.
But during the upgrade the next Error Message is displayed:
`An un-solvable problem occurred during the update calculation. If none of this
works, please report the error using the command `ubuntu-bug
ubuntu-release-upgrader-core``
