Public bug reported:
The windows contours (and shades) and display in general starts to
blinks after the computer return from the "save energy turn off of the
display".
Steps to reproduce:
- Let the display turn off and Ubuntu lock as save energy configuration;
- Wake up the computer;
- Log in;
- Some windows and windows' contours to blink or present a bad behavior.
This behavior always stop in a restart / fresh power on. And some times
also stop after some time of use, after the procedures listed to
reproduce (some times just restarting to stop).
