Public bug reported:
libpeas2 has optional Vala bindings. These weren't previously built in
Ubuntu because they were disabled by default upstream. However, the
Valent app being packaged now needs them. Also, Fedora enables building
the Vala bindings.
No additional binary package is needed for this, just installing a few
extra files in the -dev package.
