Public bug reported:
ptyxis is a new terminal app that might replace gnome-console or gnome-
terminal as GNOME's default terminal app. The Ubuntu Desktop team is
also interested in considering it to be Ubuntu Desktop's default
terminal app.
I uploaded ptyxis to Debian's NEW queue a while ago but it has not been
accepted yet. I believe it would be useful for it to be available in
Ubuntu 24.10 for early adopters to try. Therefore, I am uploading it
directly to Ubuntu's NEW queue.
