I'm seeing several PPAs in your system.

While Google Chrome isn't necessarily an issue, KXStudio, PipeWire, and
WineHQ are known to cause upgrade issues.

Purge these PPAs with ppa-purge to revert the packages in the PPAs to
the distribution versions.

This is getting marked as `invalid` as ubuntu-release-upgrader doesn't
support PPAs or upgrade above packages installed with PPAs and
ultimately, this is a support issue which meets the category of
"invalid".
