Just a quick update for any other poor soul who is stuck with this issue, I managed to get a workaround to work following the instructions posted in this comment on the thread on the Arch forum (https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1933609#p1933609) which itself came from reading conversation on lkml with greg k-h reporting the issue (https://lkml.kernel.org/lkml/20201003160713.ga1512...@kroah.com/T/).
So what I needed to do was sudoedit `/var/lib/bluetooth/<MAC>/<MAC>/info` and remove the 2 lines: ``` [IdentityResolvingKey] Key=CDF... ``` AND then after removing you must restart bluetoothd: `sudo systemctl restart bluetooth` Following that, suspending and resuming the laptop, the mouse stays connected after resume. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2081663 Title: Logitech Master MX3 does not reconnect due to unpatched kernel bug To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2081663/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
