This is what /etc/fstab looks like:

$ cat /etc/fstab
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# Use 'blkid' to print the universally unique identifier for a
# device; this may be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices
# that works even if disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).
#
# <file system> <mount point>   <type>  <options>       <dump>  <pass>
# / was on /dev/vdb2 during curtin installation
/dev/disk/by-uuid/7fcc2b80-9edc-433a-9199-2f57fd595cfc / ext4 defaults 0 1
# /boot/efi was on /dev/vdb1 during curtin installation
/dev/disk/by-path/platform-30000000.pci-pci-0000:00:03.0-part/by-uuid/3F24-6F37
/boot/efi vfat defaults 0 1
/swap.img       none    swap    sw      0       0

We should use UUID= for both partitions.
