I just want it to work, i asked for nothing, ubuntu just broke after upgrade to 
6.8.0-44, and i did no fancy installation, just use amdgpu-install years ago, 
and upgrade.

The bug analyse shows that there is a change in one function call 3
arguments became 2, and cause 100 % compile error.

- drm/mst: Fix NULL pointer dereference at drm_dp_add_payload_part2 
 
Instead of arguing, just read the patch, or test it , 100% failure guaranteed. 

So there  is a bug somewhere, or a mismatch in code versions because 3
will never be equal to 2, this will never compile.
