Public bug reported:

Sleep should not be enabled on a live session, at most it should prompt
if you want it enabled for this session, when you boot up a live session
you may be doing long unattended tasks such as copying several TB of
data (for example making a system backup before isntalling) on
mechanical storage or installing the OS, it is very annoying to come
back and find the system in sleep mode not having the job it was given
done
