Public bug reported: If you open, modify, and save a database with gnome-secrets, it will become corrupted and cannot be reopened again. It is quite likely linked to this issue https://github.com/libkeepass/pykeepass/pull/388 , which has already been fixed upstream in version 4.0.7.post1.
