* debian/patches/fix-build-flags.patch:
Don't overwrite compiler/linker flags inherited from the environment.
It's preventing the package to be built with hardening and frame-pointer
flags. Obtained from Debian. (LP: #2071949)
* debian/rules: Let dh manage build flags. Obtained from Debian.
