Public bug reported: We currently have dpdk 23.11.1-2 in Oracular, but version 23.11.2 with only fixes has been released upstream recently [1].
We also want also to do this upgrade in Noble as they are the same dpdk series (bug 2067480). Even more, the package for noble has been created and tested and is under revision [2], so we need the higher version also in Oracular.
