I have found that the wrong nvidia drivers were installed (remained from the 22.04 installation).
dpkg -l linux-modules-nvidia* ... ii linux-modules-nvidia-535-6.5.0-45-generic 6.5.0-45.45~22.04.1 amd64 Linux kernel nvidia modules for version 6.5.0-45 ii linux-modules-nvidia-535-generic-hwe-22.04 6.5.0-45.45~22.04.1 amd64 Extra drivers for nvidia-535 for the generic-hwe-22.04 flavour Also note that ubuntu-drivers did not work ``` sudo ubuntu-drivers install nvidia-driver-535 All the available drivers are already installed. ``` Issue was fixed after installing the drivers using apt - as described at https://ubuntu.com/server/docs/nvidia-drivers-installation This seems to be an upgrade installer issue. Any advice on how to proceed further ? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2079862 Title: unlocking screen after suspend take a very long time To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm3/+bug/2079862/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
