Please accept the sync of Debian version 1:11.4.3-1 containing a minor version update as an FFe. [Rationale] In order to provide the latest upstream updates from mariadb's 11.4 stable release, the new version in Debian should be synced. It provides a large number of fixes, noted in the upstream release notes here - https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb-11-4-3-release-notes/ [Tests] mariadb has three DEP-8 tests, all of which are passing.
