For this, I needed to include https://github.com/net-snmp/net-snmp/commit/d30d63523bfd9ccc85175e484fea821815273237 to fix a FTBFS issue; and Backport https://salsa.debian.org/debian/net-snmp/-/blob/master/debian/patches/makefile_trap_needs_agent as a fix for https://github.com/net-snmp/net-snmp/issues/434.
