As mentioned in bug 2078814, such a new machine should be running a
newer Ubuntu release to minimise compatibility problems so please
install 24.04.1 LTS instead: https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop
And regardless, I don't think this 6.2 kernel is supported anymore.
