Yoga 9 14IAP7 has been working properly from post 683 above until recently. I use "options snd-sof-intel-hda-common hda_model=alc287-yoga9-bass-spk-pin". Sound is normal on Fedora kernel 6.9.11-200.fc40.x86_64. Sound volume is low, and bass is absent on all 6.10 kernels I've tried including 6.10.3-200.fc40.x86_64, 6.10.5-200.fc40.x86_64, 6.9.11-200.fc40.x86_64.
