Tried to do-release-upgrade under Ubuntu 22.04 in WSL, and got the
following:
Could not calculate the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
The package 'postgresql-9.6' is marked for removal but it is in the
removal deny list.
