I will use the ubuntu-24.04-desktop-amd64.iso system image to attempt
loading Windows 10's /efi/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi. I'll get back to
you with the results later.

I can confirm that shim, grub, and Windows are all 64-bit.
