Public bug reported:
Some packages requiring rebuild because of the Ruby 3.3 transition are
FTBFSing and 1) the fix is not straightforward; 2) they are not well
maintained upstream. Those are leaf packages and I'd like to request the
removal of their sources and binaries from Oracular. More details below:
