I think it's because a lot of automated tests are run on the device, and one of them upgrades the system packages. However, 5.4.0-195 is used initially to test, and this is where the issue was found. When I ran `ubuntu-bug linux`, linux-hwe-5.15 was installed. But the journalctl logs I provide are from a previous boot, where 5.4 is used.
However, after chatting with Anthony Wong, it seems this might not be related to the kernel, but to the linux-firmware package.
