Hi Daniel, I'm having some difficulties on doing step 2.

> 2. Look in /var/crash for crash files and if found run:
>ubuntu-bug YOURFILE.crash
>Then tell us the ID of the newly-created bug.

This opens a window with "Sorry, Ubuntu 24.04 has experienced an
internal error". If I click on "send", I don't receive any ID. How can I
retrieve it?

>3. If step 2 failed then look at https://errors.ubuntu.com/user/ID
where ID is the content of file >/var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id on the
machine. Do you find any links to recent problems on that page? If so
>then please send the links to us.

I'm able to retrieve my ID from /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id. Although
I can retrieve the bug I opened from the link
https://errors.ubuntu.com/user/ID, I do not have access to see it. I
filled out the form. Let me know if there is a way to retrieve the ID
with ubuntu-bug
