This is issue is no longer present in much more recent releases of krusader as
the file
mentioned in comment #2 no longer exists and there is not only a 'Useractions'
menu but
also a dialog that allows the creation and deletion of Useractions.
Using krusader 2.8.1 in Kubuntu 24.04 I'm closing this as 'Fix
Released'.
