Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. Would you be able to boot off of the Noble (24.04) USB install media, and select the "Try Ubuntu", and see if it reproduces with the kernel that is on the install media? I would like to know if this is a regression from when Noble originally shipped, or if it is older than that.
