Hi, Your system had apt=2.0.10 and dpkg=1.19.8 which are versions that were never available in Ubuntu, and presumably come straight from Debian. Mixing packages from different distributions isn't supported exactly for this kind of reason: Debian didn't adopt zstd support until much later than Ubuntu.
