Thanks. From 26 July _usr_bin_gnome-shell.1000.uploaded points us to: https://errors.ubuntu.com/oops/d1f01b7a-4b1d-11ef-8c38-fa163ec8ca8c
which was a SIGTRAP, but the associated log says it was a SIGKILL. So I don't know what to make of that other than to hope it leaves more crash reports in future so we can look at those... The logs from 29 and 30 July don't seem to show any shell crashes. Only gnome-shell reporting that the X server went away while the machine shut down. So that's normal. There do seem to be some recurring kernel errors/crashes which I don't recognise. Some of them look like they might be occurring during file system or disk operations. Overall this is vague right now. Next time the problem happens please note the exact date and time and we can focus on just that. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2074335 Title: Xorg freeze To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2074335/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
