To fix this problem, need: 1) add parameter "iocharset=utf8" in CD-ROM mount options in fstab 2) find in /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/10osvendor/20-storage-methods.fdi string <append key="volume.mount.valid_options" type="strlist">iocharset=</append> and replace it <append key="volume.mount.valid_options" type="strlist">iocharset=utf8</append> P.S. In 7.10 this bug still presents.
