Based on the dpkg terminal logs, "timeout awaiting response headers", this may have been a temporary/short-term issue due to server or network (mis)configurations. Are you still able to reproduce this issue? And if yes, is there perhaps anything unusual about your network setup? If not, we could probably close this bug. Thanks.
