Public bug reported:

The Pipewire doesn't recognize the Webcam of my laptop, so the app
Snapshot desn't found a camera, but after I run this command it works:

$ systemctl --user restart pipewire

After that the Snapshot app recognizes the camera.

Another information: if you use Cheese the camera will work, but after your
restart Pipewire you'll find an option on Cheese to change from V4L to Pipewire
camera, option that wasn't found until you restar Pipewire, meaning that the
problem isn't the Snapshot app, but Pipewire itself.

My computer:

OS: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
Model: Acer A515-45-R6BL
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700U
GPU: AMD Radeon RX Vega 8
RAM: 20GB DDR4 3200 MHz
SSD: WD SN530 521GB M.2
