Hello, Can you please provide more details about your environment/setup that might help with trying to reproduce this issue? I see the uname output mentions 'azure' so I'm guessing this is in an Azure VM? Any more details/specifics about your setup?
A potential workaround might be to completely remove snapd then install it again. But before doing that, you may want to get a list of your currently installed snaps using 'snap list' and note them down somewhere so you could install them again afterwards. To purge snapd, you could try 'sudo apt purge snapd'. Then install it again using 'sudo apt install snapd'. You may then be able to get an even more recent version of snapd by installing its snap, using 'sudo snap install snapd'. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2073759 Title: package firefox 1:1snap1-0ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: new firefox package pre-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/2073759/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
