Hello,
Since the last ubuntu upgrade, my system become partially unresponsive
(hanging networks at minimum and sometimes full desktop freeze) when I
plug an ethernet cable to the integrated ethrenet port of my laptop. I
can boot with the ethernet cable plugged-in but if I unplug-re-plug the
issue still happens.
This happens on linux-image-6.8.0-38-generic, but not on linux-
image-6.8.0-36-generic. My ethernet controller is an I219-LM. In dmesg
we can see this line followed by a kernel stack trace
