I would like to have the tile shortcuts to be `Ctrl+Alt+Left` and
`Ctrl+Alt+Right` to tile the windows to the left and right respectively.
Something is overwriting the tiling settings to be `Super+Left` and
`Super+Right`, I suspect it is the tiling-assistant.
I have tried to set the tiling shortcuts using the settings app, and it works
for a while, but then it gets overwritten periodically.
When I go into the settings UI and change the keyboard shortcut for `view split
on left` to `<Ctrl+Alt+Left>` I get the following in dconf watch:

```
I left `dconf watch /` running and saw the following output after
resuming from suspend:

Based on my understanding of this package, I suspect the settings UI
needs to change, but I figured you would be the best group to submit the
bug since you have the most context on the required change.
