Hey, I have exactly the same issue on Linux Mint 21.3 (based on Ubuntu 22.04) with the kernel 5.15.0-116 and Virtualbox installed from Ubuntu repo (version 6.1.50-dfsg-1~ubuntu1.22.04.1).
After trying to go back to previous kernel version 5.15.0-113, all my VM worked again.
