Public bug reported: After upgrading my 22.04 host to 6.5.0.35 HWE kernel, the system stopped booting, seeming going into multiple wait/timeout sequences within systemd.
The issue is similar to the thread reported at https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/zpzqvxuw+dbkl...@torres.zugschlus.de/T/ Removing the grub parameter console=ttyS0,115200n8 from the grub config resolves the issue, but cancels out my OOB access to the OS. The issue also reproduces with 6.5.0-41.
