I guess the solution is rather easy: We just need to create soft link
/usr/bin/rungs, which points to ..../texmf-
dist/scripts/texlive/rungs.lua Unfortunately our build system refers to
texlive/rungs.tlu, which is the reason, why the link currently is not
created.
