Hi, I just happened to experience something similar. However in my case the multipath generates a ton of connections, locking the machine completely - making it unresponsive.
This behaviour only happens in ubuntu 22.04. The issue is hard to reproduce - it does not happen often. but if I have to narrow it down, I'd say it happens when umounting/mounting a disk.
