What about this?

I know the "You can always" label moved a bit down, but that is because
I set it as another toggle button and unmapped the button itself. I
think that is the only way to ensure alignment.

I cannot hardcode a left-margin because that would depend on the size of
the font being used. I cannot "softcode" it either because get_width
always gives 0 and get_allocated_width gives 6, which cannot be right.

So it's reserving a bit more height than needed and thus the increased
vertical spacing between them.
