And this workaround also fixes other impacted applications, so I guess it's much more general than Firefox. Sorry for the lack of technical detail, but I have no idea what exactly is in charge of this or what to look at. But I would gladly check anything you want as it's quite a huge pain since the Upgrade to 24.04 as you can imagine.
