Public bug reported: I'm not sure I chose the right package for the bug. In some applications, if you click on the application window at the bottom of the window or on a button at the bottom of the window, instead of reacting to this action, the application that is located under the one you clicked on pops up. It seems the window is drawn on the screen but is transparent to the mouse. This is observed in a variety of applications, for example in dbeaver.
