snacker, you may ask in IRC #ubuntu for such things. You must download the .deb from the site mentioned above, and then run: sudo dpkg -i xserver-xorg-video-ati_6.7.197-1ubuntu1~tormod_i386.deb (or double-click on the package in the file manager...)
