Public bug reported:
On screen keyboard doesn't appear when trying input on application like
chrome or mozila firefox, and swipe gesture from the edge to upper
doesn't make on screen keyboard pop up too. i don't know which exact
package this is or the problem is not bug but the way feature in ubuntu
22.04, but this feature is important to touchscreen device.
