Hi Xiaoyang, With Hardy Alpha1 it looks like auto-negotiation was turned off ("Advertised auto-negotiation: No"). However, with Hardy Alpha2 it looks like it is on ("Advertised auto-negotiation: Yes"). It had been mentioned me to that auto-negotiation must be off in order to force the speed and duplex. Care to turn it off and retry? Thanks.
