sudo apt install linux-generic-hwe-22.04 It suggested me the kernal 5.15.0.27 I could not find 5.15.0.27 folder in https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel- ppa/mainline/ I downloaded deb files manually (one deb is not getting downloaded) from https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v5.15/amd64/ and installed using sudo dpkg -i *.deb After rebooting, I selected 5.15 kernel and both issues are fixed. Finally I removed 5.10 kernal and rebooted. Now everything is working as expected. Thank you once again.
