I went through the Debian bug and it seems to be a linux bug instead of
ocfs2-tools one. The Debian maintainer came to a conclusion that this
commit needs to be included in the linux build:

From your comment, the ocfs2 modules are available only in linux-
modules-extra-5.13.0-1027-oracle. I'd need to investigate that, and I do
not know how the Oracle images are built to be honest. I'll take a look
at that and get back to you.
